Please allow 7 business days from the date of order for delivery. Your piece/s will be shipped within 5-7 days after your payment is received. It should arrive 2-3 business days later, depending on the chosen shipment method. All items will be shipped via USPS Priority, fully insured and trackable.
Please be advised that once shipped, the item is no longer in my control and I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. However, since domestic shipments are fully insured please contact me and we can file a claim.
International orders usually take about 6-21 days to deliver and will be shipped via USPS Priority. **USPS Priority includes shipment tracking and is HIGHLY recommended**. Insurance is not available for international orders. Before purchase, please make sure your country does not have any restrictions for shipping jewelry. Return and Exchanges
All pieces are handmade and made to order, therefore, I can only accommodate you with shop credit or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items need to be unworn and in the same condition they were received. All exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the piece.
Please contact me if your piece breaks due to wear. I'll be more than happy to help you with the refinish, clean and repair. There might be a charge depending on the type of repair. Refinish and cleaning is done for free.
